Why it’s personal to Matt
“Growing up, I had a passion for building things, and those early experiences gave me firsthand insight into the dedication, risk, and perseverance required to turn an idea into reality. Since then, I’ve developed a deep respect for entrepreneurs and their unwavering commitment and drive in pursuit of success. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with numerous founders, and what I value most is the relationships built along the way. For me, it’s not just about being another hired gun—it’s about partnering on a shared journey. I take pride in being part of their story, helping them navigate obstacles, and celebrating successes. The collaboration and friendships that come with these partnerships make the work both rewarding and fulfilling. Every success and challenge overcome reminds me why I’m so passionate about what I do.”
