A lifelong pet lover and a serial entrepreneur, Morgan Magleby found his career sweet spot in 2013 when he co-founded Rocco & Roxie Supply Co. Morgan helped create a family-owned, family-run leader in premium cleaning, training and grooming products for pets and the people who love them. Rocco & Roxie’s breakout Stain & Odor Eliminator cleaning product became a best-seller on Amazon. Morgan led Rocco & Roxie through years of double-digit growth—from selling hundreds of units per month to thousands of units per day. Under his leadership, the brand grew from an Amazon-based startup to a true omnichannel business with distribution in over 12,000 doors across major chains like Target, Walmart, PetSmart, Tractor Supply and CVS. After seeing significant interest in Rocco & Roxie from private equity and strategic buyers, Morgan worked with Whipstitch Capital to oversee the process of selling the business to PetIQ, a large, publicly traded pet-products company, in 2022.

Morgan started his career in the safety of corporate finance at Intel. But—inspired by the spirit of his entrepreneurial father—he soon struck out to trailblaze his own path. Prior to starting Rocco & Roxie, Morgan launched a wide range of businesses including a tax software company, a fresh-Mex restaurant chain and a massage therapy school. As any entrepreneur can attest, not all ventures end up being successful, and Morgan transformed his not-so-successful experiences into a growing foundation of insight and connections that helped him tackle every new adventure with a healthy dose of confidence and an ever-present “can-do” ethos.

Both in and out of the pet-products category, Morgan has developed a great love of—and expertise for—branding. He attributes much of Rocco & Roxie’s appeal to his eye for detail and intuition about consumer tastes. And his all-in obsession for product development continues to keep the Rocco & Roxie brand fresh and the product lines compelling for both retailers and consumers.

Morgan lives in Phoenix with his partner Dan and their beloved cat—and Rocco & Roxie namesake—Roxie. When he’s not turning pet owners into product devotees, he likes to dabble in interior design and woodworking. And he’s never opposed to traveling and experiencing new adventures.
